b签证是什么的签证？
B类签证是英国移民及居留类（Tier 5）工作许可签证，分为一般性短期工作（General Short-Term Work）和跨国公司经理/总监（Transit Visas for Managers and Directors of Multinational Companies)两大类别。
1. B1： General Short Term Work (B1) is a visa， also known as the 'Tier 5' work permit， which allows you to take up paid employment or self-employed work in the UK for six months， renewable for an unlimited number of times subject to the conditions below. This route does not lead to permanent settlement in the UK although it may be possible to switch into other immigration routes such as Tier 2 (general). The holder must satisfy all requirements at all times – if they do not， then their leave will be curtailed accordingly. 2. B2： Transitional Arrangements for managers and directors from certain European Economic Area (EEA) countries who wish to transfer between EEA-based companies when the UK leaves the EU： The transitional arrangements allow employees of any EEA company operating within the UK to continue working here after Brexit provided that they hold a current visa issued before 29 March 2017; or have been granted ‘settled status’ by the end of December 2020， providing they were lawfully resident in the UK prior to exit day.
